Mastery is the integration of information and/or the practice of new behavior. We cannot expect our most valuable assets, our people, to attain Mastery from a 4 hour session of instruction and being turned loose in the workplace to integrate on their own. It just doesn’t work that way.
If we value the ROI on our training dollars there has to be a plan for success and it needs to tie into the overall goals of what the company wishes to accomplish….in other words, they need to be rewarded for the use of and the practice of the new information/behavior.
This program is a six month investment of time to integrate the Let’s Get Real Principles.
It consists of a 4 hour Introductory Session followed up by 2 half-day sessions per month…1 half-day Expansion Module of the Introductory Principles and 1 half-day Q&A/Coaching to help integrate the principles.
