I would like to address the word “training” here. I am a “trainer”…a communication trainer…a person who is with you for an ongoing period of time to assist you in perfecting communication skills, behaviors, and achieve your communication goals; a person who puts you through the paces, helps you tackle the obstacles and blockages that come with integrating new communication skills.
The word ‘trainer’ is usually used in athletics or in the animal world. What kind of athletes or animals get training…high-performance ones.

Mastery is the integration of information and/or the practice of new behavior. We cannot expect our most valuable assets, our people, to attain Mastery from a 4 hour session of instruction and being turned loose in the workplace to integrate on their own. This program is a six month investment of time to integrate the Let’s Get Real Principles. It consists of a 4 hour Introductory Session followed up by 2 half-day sessions per month…1 half-day Expansion Module of the Introductory Principles and 1 half-day Q&A/Coaching to help integrate the principles.
This service is for Managers and Leaders who are going through the Team Mastery program and want to gain insights on how to manage their people and situations via the Let’s Get Real Principles.
It consists of 1 hour private coaching per month plus email support for the duration of the project.
A 2 Day Intensive for no more than 12 participants…this innovative training will provide information, practice and Real-Time feedback for your management and leadership style.
